The aroma of this tea is peppery with a dark stone fruit sweetness and slight undertone of earthiness and the liquor is a medium golden brown with a rosy tinge.
The mouth feel smooth, wetting with a bite under the back of the tongue.
Flavor Profile: is surprisingly clean for a puehr, and is not predominately earthy as many Puehrs can be. It has a peppery quality with notes of fruit blossom and sweet dark stone fruits. As the flavor lingers it rounds out into a nice sweetness.

This tea is naturally warming and would be perfect on a damp cold day (often the case in our fine town of SF!)

Flavor Profile: This Puehr is processed with local herb "Nuo Mi Xiang Nen Ye" ( "Sweet Rice Tender Leaves)." The herb resembles mint with small, fingernail-sized leaves and cools the body. The tea is a bright amber colour; with a fragrance and flavor similar to steamed white rice and not bitter. The mouth feel is smooth.

This decadent combination of Matcha and fine organic cocoa with a spicy kick of Cayenne is excellent served hot or cold. We recommend trying the "shaken" version:
Add 1-3tsp (to taste) in your Fox & Moon glass mug (or similar shaker)
Add enough hot water to slightly cover the mixture. Stir until well blended into a paste
Fill mug 3/4 full with milk or substitute
Twist the lid on tight and shake vigorously for a nice foamy top
Add ice.
